Do I have to completely change my lifestyle to follow Ayurveda?

What are medicated oils and why are they used in Ayurveda?

How does Shirodhara promote mental rejuvenation?

Which massage treatment is right for me?
We offer a variety of Ayurvedic massage treatments for cleansing, healing, rejuvenation, relaxation and pampering the body. Our consultant at the SPA will help decide on specific treatments that are most appealing and beneficial.

What is the ideal frequency of treatment?
It depends on the individual, but we recommend getting a massage treatment at least once a month. During stressful time in your life, a weekly massage can be very beneficial

Will a single massage treatment help me feel better?
Yes, but to really achieve the most benefits, we recommend getting regular massages and treatments

What if I have special health considerations?
Pls notify our Ayurvedic Doctor at the time of booking treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities.

Can I ask the therapist to accommodate personal preferences and /or to adjust the treatment pressure to increase comfort?
We would encourage you to enjoy the experience to the fullest whether it is the music selection, volume, the amount of pressure or use of specific oils.

Do I need to tip the massage therapist?
This is at your discretion. If you wish to leave a tip, the industry standard is approximately 15-20%. .
